The Reds will play I Rossoneri at San Siro on Tuesday night to make their comeback to the top European competition. The game starts at 8 p.m. BST.
Head coach Arne Slot’s travelling team for the game included 23 players, including summer signing Federico Chiesa from Italy.
The new No. 14 could make his club debut in the league phase encounter, even if he is unlikely to start.

“He’s in our squad selection for the first time. Slot told the reporters on Monday night, “And since I said it’s the first time he’s in our team selection, it would be a big surprise for him and for everyone if he started tomorrow.”

During his pre-game press conference, Slot was also questioned about midfielder Alexis Mac Allister and whether the Argentinean would be used in a rotational scheme.
“I believe you observed that I removed him after sixty minutes, or approximately sixty minutes, in the match against Nottingham Forest,” the manager retorted.
That also had to do with the fact that he didn’t play the entire ninety minutes for the national team because of an injury that kept him out for several days, which affected rotation in some way.
“We’ll see what decision I make tomorrow, but I think he can play again for 60 or 90 minutes tomorrow. However, he is unquestionably a crucial member of our team, just like the other 22.
Milan enters this match fresh off their first division victory of the season, a 4-0 Serie A triumph against Venezia last Saturday.
The Reds’ visit will undoubtedly see Paulo Fonseca, the head coach who was hired in June, without midfielder Ismael Bennacer, defenders Alessandro Florenzi and Malick Thiaw, and goalkeeper Marco Sportiello.
Milan’s Champions League team for the league round does not include Luka Jovic.
Fonseca talked about his squad’s objectives during his pre-match press conference. Milan will play city rivals Internazionale this coming weekend.
On Monday, he stated, “The same players can play [both games], but I can also have the possibility of changing in my head.” We have three games this week, and I have to consider each one.
“I can’t forget that we have the derby in the next Serie A game, but tomorrow is the most important because it’s the next one.”
When asked directly about the breadth of his choices in midfield, Fonseca responded, “We have a lot of young players like [Kevin] Zeroli and [Silvano] Vos who has just arrived and is very good. We also had Bennacer’s injury.” We have talented athletes in this position, in my opinion.
